Wild Oaths offers a flexible indoor-outdoor setting, perfect for a range of event sizes. We've hosted everything from intimate gatherings of 50 guests to full-scale weddings with up to 150 attendees when making the most of the entire space.
What’s included in the rental?
Our standard 12-hour package provides full access to the venue, including use of our sound system, tables, linens, chairs, kitchen, and two upstairs suites. Our team will help set up your desired floor plan and assist with teardown after the event.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have onsite parking available, along with nearby public parking options. If you’re looking for access to a larger private lot, we can help arrange that for you as well.
Is Wild Oaths wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Wild Oaths is wheelchair accessible. If you have any additional needs, please don’t hesitate to let us know, we’re happy to assist in any way we can.
Is there a get-ready space or bridal suite?
We have two beautifully designed vintage-modern suites that are perfect for both overnight accommodations and getting ready with your bridal party. From hair and makeup to pre-wedding photoshoots, our spaces offer a comfortable and elegant setting to start your special day.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes, you’re absolutely welcome to bring your own vendors! Wild Oaths is DIY-friendly with flexible vendor policies, giving you the freedom to choose the team that perfectly matches your style and vision.
Are there decor restrictions?
We’re DIY-friendly, but we do ask that all decor is safe and leaves no lasting damage (no nails in walls, no glitter, etc.).
Is your pricing seasonal?
Not really, our pricing is pretty consistent throughout the year. That said, we do have some flexibility and wiggle room depending on your event date and guest count.
Is a deposit required to book?
You can lock in your date with either a traditional 25% deposit or choose our interest-free payment plan.
Do you offer bar services?
We’re a full-service venue and can provide food and beverage packages tailored to your needs. Just let us know what you're looking for! You're also welcome to BYOB if you prefer.
What’s expected from us at the end of the night?
We hope y’all had an AMAZING time! Our team will take care of the teardown and cleanup. We just kindly ask that no personal items are left behind and that all vendors are aware of the checkout procedures.
